How do I stop email from being marked as Spam/Junk mail?

To make sure all Kopi mails land in your inbox:

• go into the settings are of your mail account

• find the spam / junk email section

• add one or more of the Kopi domain as a safe sender

  • kopi.cloud

  • kopimail.net

  • your personal domain

It's worth noting that the big mail services aren't really getting this wrong - many emails that Kopi forwards for people are actual spam.  That's why folks use email forwarding services in the first place, so they can filter out the bad senders by blocking the individual address that they gave out.

What happens to my emails when I unsubscribe?

Emails may eventually stop being forwarded, but you will be give at least 3 months notice (via email) before emails are stopped.  Kopi does not currently reclaim keywords used by customers who have ever paid for the service. If this policy were to ever change, you would be notified be email at least 6 months in advance.

What happens to my emails after my trial is over?

Eventually, the keywords you created will stop working and will be reclaimed so they can be put back in the pool of keywords so that other people can use them.  That means that email that is sent to those address could end up with someone else.  You will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance of this.  You can subscribe to Kopi, or request that the keyword not be re-cycled via the feedback address.

Kopi doesn't remember my login - I have to log in again each time.

• Do you have "block cookies" set in you browser?

  • Kopi itself doesn't use cookies, but our identity provider Auth0 does, so if you choose not to store their cookie, they can't remember who you are

• Is your browser set in "private" or "incognito" mode?  If so, the browser will forget the login details every time.
